Recipe no.1
CHICKEN SHOTS:
Chicken shots are a simple and easy recipe. Kids especially like these kinds of snacks. So let's make it.
Ingredients:
1. Boneless chicken cubes: 500 gms.
2. Soy sauce: 2 tbsp.
3. Garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
4. Chili flakes: 1 tsp
5. Black pepper: 1 tsp
6. Salt: as per your taste
7. Egg: 1 no.
8. Bread crumbs: as required
9. All purpose flour: as required
Method:
1. In a bowl add chicken cubes, garlic paste, soy sauce, chili flakes, black pepper and salt, mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. First coat each cube with flour, then with egg and finally with crumbs.
3. Heat oil and deep fry all the shots until golden brown and fully cooked.
Chicken shots are ready serve hot with your favourite ketchup and dips.

CHICKEN AND VEG SANDWICHES:
A sandwich is a delicious and flavorful food that can be prepared in less time and less ingredients. Can be easily prepared with different vegetables, spreads, meat. Sandwich is a complete and rich food not only for evening tea but also for lunch, dinner and light appetizers. You can make these sandwiches and serve them to guests, but they can also be given to kids for lunch.
Ingredients:
1.Boiled and shredded chicken: 1 cup
2. Chopped carrot: ½ cup
3. Chopped capsicum: ½ cup
4. Chopped cabbage: ½ cup
5. All purpose flour: 2 tbsp.
6. Soy sauce: 2 tbsp.
7. Black pepper: 1 tsp
8. B.b.q sauce: 2 tbsp.
9. Salt: As per your taste
10. Oil: 2 tbsp.
11. Bread Slices: As required
12. Cheese: cheddar or mozzarella (optional)
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add flour in it, saute slightly and add chicken, mix well.
2. Add all the vegetables, soften them a little, do not overcook.
3. Turn off the heat, add soy sauce, black pepper, salt, b.b.q sauce and cheese.
4. Take a bread slice, put this filling on it and make a sandwich by placing it in a sandwich maker.
5. These sandwiches can also be made in a grill pan, and with plain slices, cut the slices into the shape of a sandwich, put the filling on it and make a sandwich by placing the slices on top.
6. You can also make it in a burger bun instead of bread.

BREAD BALLS:
A simple and mouth watering snack that will delight your kids.
Ingredients:
1. Potatoes: 2 medium size ( boiled and mashed)
2. Boiled and shredded chicken: ½ cup
3. Salt: As per your taste
4. Black pepper: 1 tsp
5. Soy sauce: 1 tbsp.
6. Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp.
7. Bread slices: as required
Method:
1. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients in the potatoes.
2. Dip the bread slice in water and squeeze well to remove water.
3. Put the filling in slice and make it in to a ball shape.
4. Heat oil and fry all the balls until golden brown.
Chicken balls are ready serve hot with ketchup and dips.
A quick dip recipe:
Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise, ketchup, chili garlic sauce and the delicious dip is ready.
