Dhaka: Pakistan has defeated Bangladesh by 4 wickets in the first T20 match after a dramatic competition.

As per reports, the inaugural T20 encounter between Pakistan and Bangladesh was held at Dhaka's Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Ground, with Bangladesh winning the throw and electing to bat initially.

• TARGET GIVEN BY BANGLADESH:

Throughout the allotted 20 overs, the whole Bangladesh squad managed 127 runs for the cost of seven batsmen, setting Pakistan a goal of 128 runs to victory, which Pakistan achieved after just a gripping battle.

Pakistan Today beat Bangladesh by four wickets after scoring 132 runs for the cost of six wickets in 19.2 overs.

Bangladesh batted initially in the very first innings, and Atif Hussain scored 36 off 34 deliveries, Noorul Hassan scoring 28 off 22 deliveries today, and Mehdi Hassan remaining undefeated on 30 off 20 deliveries.

Hassan Ali got three wickets representing Pakistan, Mohammad Waseem took a couple, whereas Shadab Khan and Mohammad Nawaz both grabbed single wicket.
