Examine the harms caused by indecent scenes. Get control of the mess you are prone to. Do whatever you want based on reality. Don't burn your own precious time with those eyes and hands of yours. Teach your children to be humble. Study for it and do it. Tell them and yourself, listen to the most useful books for him, the destruction of virtual love, the destruction of wickedness, the value of time, and the statements of Dawat-e-Islami. And especially, read the magazine called Jeretmand Sihubar. Adhering to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, the best thing is to read or listen to the three verses, Insha'Allah, the Exalted. Inshallah, the Almighty will be greatly improved by this. Fights, quarrels, and unknowing things will end. Life will be peaceful and submissive.
